I worked with Adriana Vela on an executive assessment tool. Help me with my leadership skills and discovering my motivations and driving forces. So for me, it was really eye-opening to discover the truths about why I make decisions and maybe biases as well, and I find that really beneficial in work and outside of work, or with family, discovering like reasons on why I do certain things. We identified a business situation where I felt I was being pushed into making a decision and that it wasn't on my terms. Adriana pointed out that my driving forces may be different from those with whom I was communicating. Realizing that those were different. It wasn't that I was right and they were wrong. It made me just think of why they were doing a certain way and why I do things a certain way. And with pointing that out, I realized, like, it's not personal. My business, we're growing and it's really important for us to think about where we want to place certain team members in order for us to grow effectively and learning and identifying what each person's driving force is really crucial. So as a result, I now have tools that will make me more cognizant in making decisions such as where I feel they're going to be the most productive. It’s been a place for my personal growth. It has shed light on my driving forces and leadership style. The findings that we've discovered is now like a compass. Like my leadership style. Now that I know these tendencies, I can make conscious decisions, adjust a little bit for each situation, and be more adaptable in different situations. So it's HUGE. And I'm going to take that into consideration on when I'm dealing with other people. Now I can be a little bit more adaptable. Yes, it was a wonderful experience. Now I'm looking back at other decisions. I really enjoyed working with you. I would highly recommend you to other businesses or entrepreneurs that really want to grow. We've got to grow here first. And I feel this is a really good tool for us to do that. You've made this, experience and our sessions very comfortable for me to talk about myself. I don't think we ever focused just on ourselves. Doing a really deep dive into our thought process, our subconscious. I just thought it was one of the best experiences just trying to figure out the truth about ourselves.
